What is the ICB Learner Portal?
The ICB Learner Portal is a tool created by the ICB to help you manage your studies. It is an online platform that lets you access and manage many different parts of your studies. On the portal, you can do everything from registering for a course to checking your results and even making payments.
How to use the ICB Learner Portal
The first thing you will need to is to register on the portal. You can do this by clicking on the “Register” button on the top of the login screen. You will then need to choose your username and password. If you are already an ICB student you will need to fill in your ICB reference number and your registration will be done. If you are not yet an ICB student you can continue to register. You will be taken through a series of pages where you will fill in your personal details. In the end, you will officially be an ICB student.
Once you have registered on the portal you will be taken to your home screen. Here you can access all the other functions the portal offers. You can choose a course to study on the “Register for course ” tab. Once you have selected the course you want to study you will need to select your training provider. This is a company, like Skills Academy, that offers the ICB courses.
You can also register for your exams on the “Enter assessment” tab. You will need to choose the subjects you want to register for one by one. For each subject you will also need to select the exam venue that is closest to you. As you add subjects you will see the cost being calculated on the right-hand side of the page.
To pay for your courses you will need to either click “checkout” on the assessment page or click on the “Order products” tab. To pay your fees the ICB has three ways that you can pay. You can pay using an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), by credit card, or by using Snap Scan. No other payment methods are accepted by the ICB.
